HEART HEALTHY RECIPE (BREAKFAST): STRAWBERRY TOFU PUDDING

·         1 box (12oz.) silken firm tofu
·         1 cup frozen strawberries
·         1/3 sup Splenda
·         ½ tsp. Vanilla extract

1.      Place all ingredients into food processor or blender; process until very smooth
2.      Refrigerate leftovers
