COULD I BE DRINKING TOO MUCH WATER IF I'M RETAINING WATER?

If you have normal kidney function, your kidneys can discard excessive fluids you might drink.  The bigger issue for water retention is salt intake which makes you retain additional water through hormonal actions and lead to retention.

15 YEAR OLD PASSING OUT AND SWEATING BAD WITH HEART BEAT AT 57?

At age 15, ischemia or clogging not a problem unless with really bad predisposing factors.  Passing out is a bad sign.  This person should see his/her doctor and have a good exam done, EKG, and perhaps even holder and EPS if needed as it had been happening with many kids lately who are even athletic.  A good history, family history and events should be prepared.

63 YR OLD MALE WITH CAD. CAN'T GET HEART RATE OUT OF 80'S ON TREADMILL OR RECUMBENT BIKE. DOESN'T TAKE BP MEDICATION.

As long as you don’t have any symptoms like dizziness, loss of consciousness, you don’t have to worry about the heart rate.  Resting heart rate more than 50 is acceptable.  Some athletes have slower heart rates.  If this low heart rate is something new, you should see your physician as soon as possible.

MANY TRIPS TO ER, REPEATED TESTING, BLOODWORK, CT SCANS, ANGIOGRAMS, ALL CLEAR..STILL HAVING CHEST PAIN...WHY?

Your workup sounds extensive for assessing cardiac causes for chest pain.  Negative results such as you describe would imply that your symptoms are due to a non-cardiac cause.  In patients with negative cardiac work ups for Chest Pain, about 1/3 of the time symptoms are due to GI causes, 1/3 due to musculoskeletal/pleural causes, and 1/3 due to anxiety or neuropsychiatric causes.
