MANY TRIPS TO ER, REPEATED TESTING, BLOODWORK, CT SCANS, ANGIOGRAMS, ALL CLEAR..STILL HAVING CHEST PAIN...WHY?

Your workup sounds extensive for assessing cardiac causes for chest pain.  Negative results such as you describe would imply that your symptoms are due to a non-cardiac cause.  In patients with negative cardiac work ups for Chest Pain, about 1/3 of the time symptoms are due to GI causes, 1/3 due to musculoskeletal/pleural causes, and 1/3 due to anxiety or neuropsychiatric causes.
