Your workup sounds extensive for assessing cardiac causes
for chest pain. Negative results such as
you describe would imply that your symptoms are due to a non-cardiac
cause. In patients with negative cardiac
work ups for Chest Pain, about 1/3 of the time symptoms are due to GI causes,
1/3 due to musculoskeletal/pleural causes, and 1/3 due to anxiety or
neuropsychiatric causes.
