HEART HEALTHY RECIPE (BREAKFAST): QUICHE LORRAINE

·         16 ounces Egg Beaters
·         ½ cup chopped roasted red pepper
·         12 ounces chopped frozen spinach thawed and drained
·         ¼ tsp. garlic powder
·         ¼ tsp. salt and pepper
·         ¼ cup parmesan cheese
·         Cooking spray

1.      Preheat oven to 350˚
2.      Spray pie dish with cooking spray
3.      Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix well
4.      Pour into pie dish and bake for 30 minutes or until center is fully cooked

Servings:  6
Serving size:  1/6th of pie
