TBSP fresh lemon juice

salmon fillets (4 ounces each)

¼ cup
fat free mayonnaise

TBSP Dijon mustard

TBSP chopped fresh dill
1. Combine lemon juice and lime juice in a
glass-baking dish
2. Rinse salmon; pat dry and place salmon in
juices; marinate 10 minutes, turning once
3. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and 1
tablespoon dill in small bowl and add a pinch of white pepper (optional)
4. Preheat broiler and spray rack of broiler
pan with nonstick cooking spray
5. Remove salmon from the marinade and place
salmon in the broiler 4 inches from the heat and broil from about 3-4 minutes
on each side or until salmon flakes in the center
6. Serve salmon with the sauce
