bran flake crumbs

(1-ounce) diagonally-cut slices 100%          whole wheat bread
1.      Preheat oven to 450˚
2.      Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium
bowl; stir well with a wire whisk
3.      Place bran crumbs in a shallow dish
4.      Dip bread slices into milk mixture and
dredge in bran crumbs
5.      Bake at 450˚ for 15 minutes or until
golden brown
