Instead of
reaching for yet another cup of coffee to perk you up, try this: While
sitting in a chair, lift your right knee and touch it with your left hand.
Repeat on the other side. Do the sequence quickly 10 times. Sluggishness
often results when one side of the brain isn't being stimulated. Since
the left hemisphere of the brain controls the right side of the body and vice
versa, this trick will bring balanced energy to both sides of the brain.
