Strawberry-Cantaloupe Soup
½ medium cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
1 small banana, peeled and cut into
chunks
½ c. unsweetened pineapple juice
½ c. nonfat vanilla yogurt
Place all ingredients
except yogurt in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Add yogurt and blend
until combined. Serve immediately or
cover and chill until serving time.
Makes about 3 cups.
