HEART HEALTHY RECIPE (BREAKFAST): ALMOND RICOTTA CREME


1/2 cup low fat ricotta cheese
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 packet or 2 tsp. Splenda
1 tsp. slivered almonds

1.  Mix together the ricotta, almond extract ans Splenda
2.  Sprinkle with slivered almonds and serve chilled
