of 1 lemon

tsp. dried dill or parsley
1. Preheat oven to 350˚
2. Place fish fillets on large baking sheet
3. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice and dill or
parsley
4. Place water on tray around fish
5. Bake fish until done and fork tender,
about 20 minutes
6. Meanwhile, make the sauce by mixing the
cucumber and sour cream in a small mixing bowl and serve the fillets of fish
with the sauce on the side
